Our Chatillon digital force testers, test stands and gauges are used around the world for testing electronic components and microelectronics. Mechanical testing of components and their joints is particularly important in new product design and development as well as ensuring finished product reliability. Typical parameters being measured include tensile, creep, pull off tests, shear, adhesive/bond strength, peel strength, delamination, force required to make electrical contact, flexure and more.

For more complex testing routines, Lloyd Instruments materials testing machines and NEXYGENPlus material test and data analysis software are available to provide a variety of testing methods that conform to international and industry standards. NEXYGENPlus software also provides security and audit trail features.
