Field Service Contracts
Our dedicated field service engineers offer a full range of service and calibration products providing a helpful and often long term supportive role to our customers.
All engineers are highly qualified and are accredited.
Chatillon takes pride in ensuring that its customers are fully covered with traceable NIST certificates from installation of the machine through the length of its life. Installation and training will be carried out at the customer's premises and a NIST certificate issued if appropriate. At the end of the warranty period we will contact you concerning machine recalibration and the type of service contract required.
Chatillon constantly monitors the needs of its customers. Whether your machine is being used once a month or 24 hours a day, we have developed a structure of competitive service contracts to meet your needs. We can offer a simple calibration visit to a full service visit and a support agreement.
