Accreditations
For your piece of mind, all Chatillon quality systems have been audited and fully comply with ISO 9001:2008 . The company has also been successfully assessed to meet the requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 17025 for calibration of force.

For over 75 years, Chatillon has provided customers worldwide with service and calibration. Chatillon maintains an NIST traceable calibration laboratory for verification and calibration of force.

Training
Whilst basic training on your force testing system is provided by your Service Engineer on installation, Chatillon also offers training on the use and applications for the system. These courses range from in-depth machine and software instruction for new users to advanced sophisticated training for customers wishing to write their own applications involving more demanding specialist test set-ups and user defined test results.

Where does training take place?
 
Training can be carried out at Chatillon Training Laboratory in Largo, FL or if preferred, at your own site. Courses are fine tuned to meet your particular requirements. One to one training on customers' applications has proven to be extremely successful.
