Do You Qualify for a "Trade-In"?
Do you have a competitive instrument that you would like to trade-in for a new Chatillon instrument? Do you have an instrument that is beyond repair that you would like to trade-in for a new Chatillon instrument? Contact your nearest Chatillon Customer Care Center and ask about a "trade-in".
If we accept your trade, you will be provided a trade-in allowance for your old instrument. You must return your old instrument using an RMA number that your Customer Care Representative will assign to you. A replacement instrument will be shipped to you.
