CHATILLON^® Calibration Service

Calibrations may be performed by authorized Chatillon Stocking Distributors and Chatillon Dealers . Or you can arrange to have your product calibrated at one of our Factory Service Centers listed below.

Accreditations

Force Gauges
All Chatillon force gauges come with a Certificate of Calibration with NIST (Don't rely on a Certificate of Conformance). And we can provide optional Certificates with uncertainty data to ISO/IEC 17025 for our digital force gauges. Always request "As Found, As Left" data with your recalibrations.

Force Measurement Testers
Chatillon force measure testers may be checked for speed and extension measurement using a calibrated stop watch and gauge block.

Weighing Scales
Chatillon weighing scales are supplied with a Certificate of Conformance. TD5, WT12 and DWT crane scales are supplied with a Certificate of Calibration with NIST data.

Calibration Frequency
The frequency of calibration is based on a number of factors including frequency of use, environment, maintenance records, etc. Generally, we recommend that force gauges, loadcells and material testers be calibrated at least once per year by an authorized Chatillon Service Center or Service Representative.
