Volodkevitch Bite Set
This fixture is used with the TAPLUS or LFPLUS material tester. This fixture is designed to simulate incisor shearing through a food sample. The set consists of an upper and lower "teeth set". The sample is positioned on the lower set and the upper set is compressed until the sample is sheared.
