3-Point Bend Fixture
This fixture is used with the TAPLUS or LFPLUS material tester. This is a general purpose three point bend jig commonly used in food texture analysis applications. Ideal for applications testing crispness and snap strength.

This fixture is commonly used for snap strength testing of fruit, vegetables, biscuits, snack products and chocolate. It provides variable spans up to 80mm with graduated marks for easy set up and operation.
