Pea Test Penetration Fixture
This fixture is used with the TAPLUS or LFPLUS material tester. This fixture consists of an 18-position base for locating up to 18 individual samples such as beans, peas, berries or other irregular-shaped samples for penetration testing.

This fixture may be used to determine ripeness or firmness by measuring the penetration force.
