Crisp Fracture Support Jig
This fixture is used with the TAPLUS or LFPLUS material tester. The jig consists of a ball probe and round hollow supported that is mounted to the FG/BASE table. The ball probe is driven downward to apply a compressive force to the sample.

This jig is used to measure the crispness and fracturability of snack foods such as cookies, crackers, chips, crisps, etc.
