Pressure Sensitive Tape - Unwind Force

A Chatillon system may be used to determine the force required to unwind a roll of pressure sensitive tape. The sample roll is placed on a free-turning spindle. The Chatillon tester moves the crosshead at a specified rate and the ultimate or peak load (force) is determined. The unwind force is reported as psi (lbf/in).
